Working either from a full text or a short summary, I create visuals to draw in reader's interest into the text.

Antropedia | Anthropologically themed articles
Antropedia 1: An editorial illustration made for an article about finding connection and bonding over being different in other fellow foreigner students when studying in China.
Studies before making the final illustration, to capture the believability of birds in flight.
These two illustrations I worked on was part of an exhibition at Carturesti Carusel in Bucharest city centre, in June 2023.

DOR: After a crime in the family, what happens to the children?
​
When a mother is murdered and the father incarcerated, the new guardian- often a family member of the deceased, has to navigate trauma, grief and shame, a tangled melange of feelings of the child and themselves- all the while dealing with opaque services of state support, which in theory they are entitled to, but in practice, many would give up trying to access them.
